Mariana Treviño Ortiz, born on November 21, 1977, is a talented actress from Monterrey, Mexico. She acts in plays and movies. Many people in Mexico first knew her from her role as Lupita in the famous musical Mentiras. She performed in this show over a thousand times! After Mentiras became a big hit, Mariana also starred in funny Mexican movies. Some of these include No sé si cortarme las venas o dejármelas largas (2013) and Amor de Mis Amores (2014).

Mariana Treviño's Acting Career
Mariana Treviño has had many exciting roles in her acting career. In 2015, she started working on a special TV show. She co-starred with Luis Gerardo Méndez in Club de Cuervos. This show was very important because it was Netflix's first ever original show made in Spanish!
Later, Mariana got to act alongside a very famous Hollywood actor, Tom Hanks. They were in the Sony Pictures movie A Man Called Otto. The director of the movie, Marc Forster, was really impressed with Mariana. He said he was "blown away" by her audition video. She had recorded it on her phone from a hotel room in Spain!
