Marietta Chrousala, born on March 11, 1983, is a well-known Greek model and businesswoman. She was also a television presenter. In 2003, she won the title of Star Hellas. This led her to represent Greece in the Miss Universe 2003 competition, where she finished in the Top 15.

Early Life and Education
Marietta Chrousala was born in a village called Rizari, near Edessa, Greece. Her parents, Kostas and Aglaia Chrousalas, were both teachers. She has an older brother named Thanasis. In 1985, her family moved to Athens.
Marietta started her university studies in 2001. She studied Mass Media and Communication at the University of Athens. After graduating, she continued her education. She earned a postgraduate degree in Communication's Psychology from Panteion University.
Marietta's Career Journey
Modeling and TV Appearances
In 2003, Marietta won the "Star Hellas" beauty pageant. This win gave her the chance to represent Greece at the Miss Universe 2003 pageant. She did very well, placing among the top 15 contestants.
Before her pageant win, Marietta was already helping out for the 2004 Summer Olympics. After winning Star Hellas, she was chosen to carry the Olympic Flame. This was part of the torch relay that ended in Greece.
In 2005, Marietta started co-hosting a TV game show called "Poly tin Kyriaki." It was on Mega Channel. Later, she moved to Alter Channel to host her own show. From 2006 to 2009, she was the main host of a morning show called "I Ellada Pezei."
In 2011, Marietta joined the Greek version of "Dancing With The Stars" as a contestant. This show was on ANT1. Since 2005, she has also been an ambassador for Seventeen Cosmetics.
Starting Her Own Business
In 2012, Marietta decided to create her own business. She started making handmade sandals. These sandals were inspired by ancient Greek designs. Her company, mariettasfantasy, has its office in London.
Writing a Book
In 2011, Marietta and her mother, Aglaia, wrote a cooking book together. The book is called "Apo Mitera Se Kori," which means "From Mother To Daughter." It shares cooking tips and recipes.
Marietta's Family Life
On June 5, 2010, Marietta Chrousala married Leon Patitsas. He is a Greek shipowner. They had been together for four years before getting married.
Marietta and Leon have three children. Their daughter, Margo Patitsa, was born on October 24, 2012. Their first son, Spyros Patitsas, was born on March 4, 2015. Their second son, Konstantinos Patitsas, was born on January 6, 2018.
The family divides their time living in Athens, London, and Miami. They are also good friends with Maria Menounos and Kalomira.
