Martin Tyler was born on September 14, 1945. He is a famous English football commentator. For many years, he was the voice of football for Sky Sports. He covered exciting matches like the Premier League and the UEFA Champions League. Before Sky Sports, he also worked for ITV in the 1970s and 1980s. Many video game fans will know his voice too! He was a commentator in the popular FIFA video game series from 2005 to 2019. In 2003, he was even named the FA Premier League Commentator of the Decade.

In 2005, Martin Tyler started coaching at Walton & Hersham. He then continued to work with Alan Dowson at other clubs. These included Kingstonian and Hampton & Richmond Borough.
Coaching at Woking F.C.
In May 2018, Tyler followed Dowson to Woking. This was a special move for him. He had supported Woking since he was a young boy. He stayed with the club for four years. When Alan Dowson left in February 2022, Tyler also decided to leave.
Recent Coaching Roles
After leaving Woking, Tyler joined Dowson again. He became a coach at Dartford for the 2022–23 season. In the 2023–24 season, he also had a short coaching role. This was with Dowson at Hemel Hempstead Town.
