Masahiko Nakagawa (中河 昌彦), born on August 26, 1969, is a former Japanese football player. He played as a goalkeeper for several professional clubs in Japan. His career spanned from the early 1990s until 2002.

Football Career Highlights
Masahiko Nakagawa started his football journey after finishing university. He joined Yokohama Flügels in 1992. During his time there, he was part of the team that won the Emperor's Cup in 1993.
Playing for Yokohama Marinos
In June 1995, Nakagawa moved to Yokohama Marinos, a rival club in Yokohama. In 1995, the team won the J1 League title. He got more chances to play in 1996. This happened when the main goalkeeper, Yoshikatsu Kawaguchi, was away for the 1996 Summer Olympics and later due to an injury.
Time with Kyoto Sanga FC
In 1998, Nakagawa joined Kyoto Purple Sanga. He also had a short loan spell at Nagoya Grampus Eight in 2000. In 2001, he returned to Kyoto Purple Sanga. That year, the club was in the J2 League. Nakagawa became a regular goalkeeper from June. He helped the team get promoted back to the J1 League in just one season. He retired from playing football at the end of the 2002 season.
