Masakazu Tashiro's Football Journey
Starting with Yokohama F. Marinos
Masakazu Tashiro began his professional football career with Yokohama F. Marinos. On November 4, 2006, the club announced that he would join the first team. He was known for being a strong center back. People said he was good at one-on-one situations. He was also known for his tough man-marking skills.
Playing for FC Machida Zelvia
In 2011, Tashiro joined FC Machida Zelvia on a one-year loan. A loan means he played for them temporarily. His loan was extended for another year on January 6, 2012. He returned to this club on loan again on July 23, 2021, after nine years.
Time with JEF United Chiba
Tashiro moved to JEF United Chiba on January 6, 2014. He made his first start for the team on May 17, 2015. This game was against Zweigen Kanazawa. On November 27, 2015, the club announced that his contract would not be renewed. This meant he would leave the team for the 2016 season.
