MasterChef Asia is a fun cooking TV show. It's based on the famous British show called MasterChef. This show was made by Lifetime Asia.

In the first season, 15 amazing home cooks from different parts of Asia joined the competition. They came from places like China, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, and Vietnam.

Three expert chefs judged the show. They were Susur Lee from Hong Kong, Bruno Ménard who has three Michelin stars, and Audra Morrice from Singapore. Audra was also a finalist on MasterChef Australia.
