Matt is a small place in Forsyth County, Georgia, in the United States. It's called an "unincorporated community" because it doesn't have its own local government like a city or town. You can find Matt along Georgia State Route 369, which is also known as Matt Highway in this area.

Matt had a post office a long time ago, from 1896 to 1911. People aren't completely sure how Matt got its name. One idea is that it was named after a county judge named Matt J. Williams.
