Mazarambroz is a small town, also called a municipality, located in the province of Toledo in Castile-La Mancha, Spain. It's a quiet place with a rich history and important natural areas. In 2018, about 1,258 people lived there.
Ancient History
Long ago, in ancient Roman times, Mazarambroz had a special reservoir. This reservoir helped supply water to the big city of Toledo. It sent water through a long structure called an aqueduct. You can still see some parts of this old dam today.
Wildlife and Nature
Mazarambroz is part of the Montes de Toledo area. This region is very important for wildlife. It's one of the places where the Iberian lynx has been brought back. The Iberian lynx is a type of wild cat that was once very rare. People are working hard to help these lynxes live and grow in the wild again.
