Medio San Juan is a special kind of area in Colombia called a municipality. It's also home to a town with the same name. This area is located in the Chocó Department, which is a region in the western part of Colombia.
Medio San Juan covers about 620 square kilometers (that's about 240 square miles). In 2018, around 9,073 people lived there.
