Meshkan (which is spelled Persian: مشكان in Persian) is a city located in the country of Iran. It is an important place because it is the capital of the Meshkan District. This district is part of Neyriz County, which is found in the Fars Province.
Meshkan also serves as the main administrative center for the Meshkan Rural District. This means it's a central spot for managing the areas around it.
