Metamynoglenes is a group of tiny spiders, often called dwarf spiders. They live in the South Pacific, mainly in New Zealand. These spiders are part of a larger spider family known as Linyphiidae. The first time scientists officially described this group of spiders was in 1979. This was done by a scientist named A. D. Blest.
