Metropolis at Dadeland is a cool set of two tall buildings in Miami, Florida. They are called Metropolis One and Metropolis Two. These buildings are mostly homes, but they also have shops and restaurants on the ground floor. It's a busy and modern place to live!

Metropolis at Dadeland is made up of two very similar residential towers. They are located in the Dadeland area of Miami, Florida. These towers are designed for people to live in.
Homes and Shops
The ground floor of both towers has spaces for shops and places to eat. This means you can find stores and restaurants right where you live! The floors above the ground level are all homes.
The buildings have 28 floors in total. Floors two through seven have special "loft-style" homes. These surround nine floors used for parking cars. Above the parking, floors eight through twenty-six have regular condo units. The very top floors have fancy "Penthouse" units.
Fun Amenities for Residents
Floor eight is where most of the fun stuff is! Residents can enjoy two swimming pools. There are also saunas, a library for reading or studying, and a fitness center to work out. You can also find a club room with pool tables and a Jacuzzi to relax in.
Building Height and Construction
Both Metropolis One and Metropolis Two stand very tall. They reach a height of about 313.58 feet (95.58 meters). It took three years to build both towers. Construction started in 2003 and finished in 2006. The foundation for the first tower was laid in late November 2003.
