Meus Prêmios Nick (which means My Nick Awards) is often called MPN for short. It's the Brazilian version of the famous Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Awards (KCA). This event is one of the biggest award shows for young people in Brazil.
Brazil is one of only eleven countries in the world that has its own special version of the Kids' Choice Awards. The very first Meus Prêmios Nick show happened in the year 2000. It was hosted by Márcio Garcia.
