Miller's Past
Miller was officially planned and mapped out in 1895. This process is called "platting," which means creating a detailed map of an area, showing its streets, blocks, and lots.
In 1902, only 10 people lived in Miller. By 1925, the community had grown quite a bit, with its population increasing to 165 people.
