Mimi Kristine Berdal, born on June 15, 1959, is a well-known Norwegian lawyer and business leader. She has held many important positions on the boards of different companies, helping them make big decisions.

Her Education and Early Career

Mimi Berdal studied law at the University of Oslo, one of Norway's biggest universities. She earned her law degree, called "cand. jur.," in 1987. Before becoming a lawyer, she worked as a research assistant for a couple of years. In 1989, she started working for a company called Total, and by 1990, she was working as a lawyer.

Leading Companies and Boards

Mimi Berdal is famous for her leadership roles. From 2005 to 2009, she was the chairperson for the board of Stabæk Fotball, a football club. A chairperson leads the meetings and guides the board members in making choices for the company or organization.

In 2013, she became the chairperson of Rec, a company involved in renewable energy. She also led the boards of Rocksource and Infratek. Mimi Berdal is also a member of the board for several other companies, including Itera, Synnøve Finden, Q-Free, and Gassco.
