Minorca is a small community in Concordia Parish, Louisiana, in the United States. It is known as a census-designated place (CDP). This means it's an area that the government defines for gathering population information, even though it's not officially a city or town. In 2010, about 2,317 people lived there.
Minorca is located in the northeastern part of Concordia Parish. To its east, you'll find the city of Vidalia. Major roads like U.S. Routes 84 and 425 go through the northern part of Minorca. These roads can take you about 5 miles (8 km) east to Natchez, Mississippi, or about 6 miles (10 km) northwest to Ferriday. The border with the state of Mississippi is just north of Minorca. This border follows an old path of the Mississippi River.
