Mogumber is a small place in Western Australia. It is located in the Shire of Victoria Plains. You can find it along the Bindoon Moora Road. Even though people live here, it is not officially called a town. Mogumber is where the Moore River East meets the Moore River. In 2016, about 59 people lived in Mogumber.

Grain Storage and Farming History
How Grain Was Stored
In 1980, a large bin was built in Mogumber. This bin was used to store grain from local farms. It was built by a company called CBH Group. This was the very first "Type K" grain storage building they made.
Current Use of the Grain Bin
As of 2020, the big grain storage bin is no longer used. It stands as a reminder of the area's farming past.

Mogumber West Nature Reserve
The Mogumber West Nature Reserve is located in Mogumber. This special area protects nature. The reserve surrounds the Moore River. It covers a large area of about 259 square kilometers.
Mogumber Nature Reserve and Rare Plants
There is another important nature reserve nearby. It is called the Mogumber Nature Reserve. This reserve is just south of Mogumber, in a place called Mindarra. It is home to a very special and rare plant. This plant is called Darwinia carnea. It is also known as the Mogumber bell. This plant is endangered, meaning it is at risk of disappearing forever.
