Moirang Thoibi facts for kids
"Moirang Thoibi" (Lua error in Module:Unicode_data at line 15: attempt to call field 'length' (a nil value).) or "Ewanglon Thoibi" (Lua error in Module:Unicode_data at line 15: attempt to call field 'length' (a nil value).) is one of the principal characters in the ancient Moirang Kangleirol legends. She is a princess of the Moirang kingdom, daughter of Chingkhuba and the niece of the king of Moirang. She is a lady love of Khuman Khamba, a poor orphan prince.

- The well celebrated folk dance, "Khamba Thoibi dance", was first performed by Khamba and his lady love Thoibi in the premise of the Thangjing temple. It's now a popular form of folk dance in Manipur.
