Khuman Khamba (Meitei: ꯈꯨꯃꯟ ꯈꯝꯕ) or Moirang Khamba (Meitei: ꯃꯣꯢꯔꯥꯡ ꯈꯝꯕ) is a famous hero from the ancient legends of Moirang Kangleirol. These are old stories from the Manipur region. Khamba was a prince from the Khuman family. But he grew up poor because he lost his parents. His kind sister, Khamnu, took care of him. Later, he fell in love with and married Thoibi. She was a princess from the Moirang family.

The Khamba Thoibi Dance
- The famous folk dance called "Khamba Thoibi Jagoi" was first danced by Khamba and Thoibi themselves. They performed it at the Thangjing Temple. This dance tells their story. Today, it is a very popular traditional dance in Manipur.
Art and Paintings
- In 2019, a special canvas painting was shown in Bhopal, India. It was called "Khambana kao phaba." This means "Khamba capturing the bull." It shows a famous part of his story where he bravely catches a wild bull.
