Monster TV was a fun British TV show made for children. It was a comedy-drama about three friends who created their very own TV show. They filmed it right in their basement! The main stars of their show, also called "Monster TV", were two friendly monsters named Herbert and Rocky. The series followed their funny adventures and the silly situations they got into.

The Monster Stars
- Rocky – Rocky is a monster made of stone. He has long, green grass for hair! He is a good friend of Herbert and one of the main stars of the "Monster TV" show.
- Herbert – Herbert is the other main monster star of "Monster TV". He looks a bit like a troll.
The Kid Crew
These are the three children who run the "Monster TV" show from their basement.
- Billy – Played by Sam Green.
- Karen – Played by Natalie Dew.
- Terry – Played by Kevin Hemlall.

- Vera Venom – Played by Anna Nicholas, Vera is a monster who looks a bit like Medusa. Unlike Herbert and Rocky, Vera was not a friendly monster. She often tried to trick her way onto "Monster TV" because she wanted to be famous.
