Montejos del Camino is a small town in Spain. It's part of the larger area called Valverde de la Virgen in the province of León. This region is known as Tierra de León and is located in the community of Castilla y León.
The town is nestled between two small streams, the Truévano and Oncina. These streams eventually flow into the Esla river. In 2020, about 621 people lived in Montejos del Camino.
Where is Montejos del Camino?
Montejos del Camino is surrounded by several interesting places. To the north, you'll find the Conde de Gazola military base. To the northeast are the towns of Ferral del Bernesga and San Andrés del Rabanedo.
If you head east, you'll reach the Military Aerodrome of León and La Virgen del Camino. To the south is Valverde de la Virgen, the main municipality. San Miguel del Camino and Velilla de la Reina are to the southwest. To the west is Villanueva de Carrizo, and to the northwest are Cimanes del Tejar, Azadón, and Secarejo.
