Morgan Brown was born on October 20, 1995. Her parents are Curtis and Susan Brown. She also has two sisters.

High School Football Career

Morgan grew up in Chino Hills, California. She played for the women's soccer team at Ruben S. Ayala High School. Her coach was Jeffrey Allen.

Her high school team had a lot of success. They were undefeated champions in the 2010-11 Sierra League. They also reached the quarter-finals of the CIF-SS D2 in 2010 and CIF D3 in 2012. In 2011, they were finalists in the CIF D3. Ruben S. Ayala High School also took part in the CIF State Playoffs in 2011.

Morgan also received several individual awards. These included the All-CIF-SS D2 Third-Team in 2009–10. She was also named to the Athletic Sierra League Award First-Team Defense in 2010. In 2011, she received the Athletic All ALeague Award 2nd team. In 2012, she was named the Sierra League Defensive MVP.

Youth Club Soccer

Besides playing for her high school team, Morgan also played for a club team called FRAM CA Premiere GU17. In 2011, she helped her team win several big titles. These included the CSL Premier League Champions, Surf Cup, and West Coast Futball Classic. The next year, in 2012, she helped FRAM Premiere win even more. They won the Far West Regional League Spring Season, Cal South National Cup, and Surf/College Cup titles.

College Soccer Experience

After high school, Morgan Brown went to Santa Clara University. She studied psychology and also took classes in urban education. While at college, she played for the Santa Clara Broncos women's soccer team. In her first year, 2013, she played in nine matches and started in two of them.

Playing for the Philippines National Team

Morgan Brown has played for the Philippines women's national football team. Her first game for the Philippines was in May 2013. This was during the 2014 AFC Women's Asian Cup qualifiers. She debuted in a match against Iran, which the Philippines won 6–0.

Morgan was also chosen to be part of the 23-player team for the 2018 AFC Women's Asian Cup.
