My Angel is a British Christmas film from 2011. Stephen Cookson wrote, directed, and produced this movie. It stars famous actors like Timothy Spall, Brenda Blethyn, Celia Imrie, and Mel Smith. The film also introduces Joseph Phillips, who plays the main character.

What Happens in the Story?
Fifteen-year-old Eddie, played by Joseph Phillips, goes shopping with his mother. Sadly, his mother is hit by a car and gets very hurt. She is in a serious condition.
Eddie and his brother Stewart, played by Angus Harrison, are worried. Their father is not around. They might lose their mother right before Christmas.
One night, Eddie's mother visits him in a dream. She tells him to find a special halo. She believes this halo can save her.
Stewart thinks Eddie's dream is silly and childish. Eddie feels alone. The only person he can ask for help is Mr. Lambert, played by Timothy Spall. Mr. Lambert is a grumpy teacher from Eddie's school.
Will Eddie be able to find an angel? Can he save his mother before Christmas arrives?
