Natalie Coleman is a talented British chef. She won the popular TV show MasterChef in 2013. Today, she is the head chef at The Lamb in London. She also won the Best Pub Chef award in 2022.
Natalie's Early Life
Natalie Coleman grew up in Hackney, East London. She went to Chingford Foundation School. Famous athletes like David Beckham also went to this school! Before becoming a chef, Natalie had interesting jobs. She worked as a credit controller. She was also a part-time techno DJ.
Natalie's Chef Journey
After winning MasterChef, Natalie worked in many famous restaurants. These experiences are called 'stages'. She learned from top chefs like Michel Roux Jr and Tom Kerridge. This helped her become an even better chef.
In 2014, Natalie wrote her first cookbook. It was called Winning Recipes: For Every Day. It shared her amazing recipes.
In May 2019, she helped create the menu for a new restaurant. It was called Hello Darling in London. Since November 2021, she has been the Head Chef at The Oyster Shed. This restaurant is in the City of London. In 2022, she won the Best Pub Chef award. In 2023, The Oyster Shed won an AA Rosette. This is a special award for great food.
