Natalie Mae Schneider, born on February 11, 1983, is an amazing American athlete. She is a talented wheelchair basketball player and plays for the United States women's national wheelchair basketball team.
Natalie Schneider's Sports Journey
Natalie has won many important medals in wheelchair basketball. She earned her first gold medal at the 2008 Summer Paralympics in Beijing. That same year, she also won gold at the North American Cup. In 2010, she helped her team win another gold medal at the IWBF World Championship.
Recent Achievements
Natalie continued to achieve great things in her career. She played for the United States at the 2022 Wheelchair Basketball World Championships in Dubai. Her team won a bronze medal there.
In November 2023, Natalie competed in the 2023 Parapan American Games in Santiago. Her team won a gold medal there. This win meant they automatically qualified for the 2024 Summer Paralympics in Paris. Natalie was chosen to be on Team USA for the 2024 Paralympics on March 30, 2024. At the 2024 Paris Paralympics, her team won a silver medal.
