Navas del Rey is a small town, also called a municipality, in Spain. It's part of the Community of Madrid. It's about 52 kilometers (around 32 miles) away from the big city of Madrid. You can get there by taking the M-501 road.
Navas del Rey is special because it sits between two mountain ranges: the Sierra de Guadarrama and the Sierra de Gredos. It shares borders with other towns. To the north is Robledo de Chavela. To the east are Chapinería and Colmenar del Arroyo. To the south is Aldea del Fresno. And to the west are Pelayos Dam and San Martin de Valdeiglesias.
This town is also part of a group called the Commonwealth of Pinares. This group helps different towns work together on projects and ideas.

Navas del Rey is located in the southwest part of the Community of Madrid. It's in a region known as the Basin of the Alberche river.
