Neelam Saxena Chandra (born June 27, 1969) is a talented writer from India. She is known for writing many different kinds of books. These include novels, short stories, and even books for children. She writes in both English and Hindi.

Neelam Saxena Chandra has written many books. She has published four novels and a novella. She also has five collections of short stories. She has written 25 collections of poetry and 10 books especially for children.
She has won several awards for her writing. One important award was the "Rabindranath Tagore International Award" in 2014. This award was given by Xpress Publications. She also won a prize in a poetry contest. This contest was about Poetry for Social Change. It was organized by the Consulate General of the United States, Mumbai.
