Downtown Baton Rouge

Spanish Town

Spanish Town is a very colorful and diverse neighborhood. It's located between the mighty Mississippi River and the I-110 highway. University Club

University Club is a newer neighborhood built right inside the University Club Golf course. It's located off Nicholson Drive on the south side of Baton Rouge.

Centurion Place

Centurion Place is a neighborhood off O'neal Lane that features many upscale and beautiful homes.

Northdale

Northdale stretches from N. 15th Street to Scenic Highway, and from Foss Street to Choctaw Street.
