Alvin is a small town located in Forest County, Wisconsin, in the United States. In 2010, about 157 people lived there. The town got its name from Alvin Spencer, a Baptist minister who came to the area around 1908.
Inside the town of Alvin, you'll find two smaller communities: Alvin (which shares the same name as the town) and Nelma. A main road, Wisconsin Highway 55, runs through both of these communities.
