The Neskonlith Indian Band (also called Neskainlith) is a First Nations government in British Columbia, Canada. It is located in the Shuswap area, which is east of Kamloops.

This First Nation is a part of the Shuswap Nation Tribal Council. This council is one of the main groups that represent the Secwepemc (Shuswap) people. The Neskonlith Indian Band was formed in the 1860s. This happened when the government of the Colony of British Columbia created a system of Indian reserves. These reserves were set up without asking the Indigenous people who lived there.

The Neskonlith Indian Band is named after a leader called Chief Neskonlith. His father, Chief Careguire, also helped to establish it. The first reserve they created is known as the Neskonlith Douglas Reserve.

Today, the Neskonlith Indian Band has about 600 members. Their land is divided into three different reserves. Two of these reserves are close to Chase, British Columbia. The third one is near Salmon Arm, British Columbia.
