New Waterford is a small village located in the northeastern part of Columbiana County, Ohio, in the United States. In 2020, about 1,194 people lived there. It is located about 20 miles (32 km) south of the city of Youngstown.

History of New Waterford
New Waterford was first planned and settled around the year 1851.
In the 1800s, New Waterford had important businesses. There were sawmills that cut wood into lumber. There were also gristmills that ground grain into flour. These mills used the power of the Big Bull Creek to operate.
