100 Biscayne is a tall building in Miami, Florida. It has thirty floors and is located in the city's main business area. People also know it as New World Tower or 100 Biscayne Tower.

This building is 357 feet (109 m) tall. It has shops on the ground floor. Floors two to four hold a "data center." This is like a giant computer room that stores lots of information. The other 25 floors are used for offices. Long ago, the top nine floors were fancy apartments.

100 Biscayne also has a special 12-story parking garage next to it. This garage uses machines to park cars. It helps people who work in the building. It also offers parking for guests and nearby hotels.

History of 100 Biscayne

This building was finished in 1965. Its architect thought it had a modern but classic look. They believed it would stay looking good for many years.

The building was built by Jose Ferré. He was the father of Maurice Ferré, who later became the mayor of Miami. Today, companies called East End Capital Partners, LLC, own and manage the building.
