Nicole "Nicki" Micheaux is an American actress. She is well-known for her role as Jennifer 'Jenn' Sutton in the TV show Lincoln Heights. This show was on the ABC Family channel from 2007 to 2009. For her work on Lincoln Heights, Nicki was nominated twice for a special award called the NAACP Image Award for Outstanding Actress in a Drama Series.

Nicki Micheaux's Acting Career
Nicki Micheaux started her acting career in the mid-1990s. She appeared in smaller roles in movies. She also had guest roles on popular TV shows. These included ER, Any Day Now, and City of Angels.
From 2001 to 2002, she had a regular role on the Showtime drama series Soul Food. Later, she played recurring characters on other well-known shows. She was Karla Charles on HBO's Six Feet Under. She also played Trish George on the FX crime drama The Shield.
In movies, Nicki Micheaux has appeared in Sweet Jane and Ringmaster (1998). She was also in The Trials of Cate McCall (2013) and The Pact 2 (2014). In 2005, she co-starred with Halle Berry in the TV movie Their Eyes Were Watching God.
Her most famous role was Jennifer 'Jenn' Sutton in Lincoln Heights. This drama series aired from 2007 to 2009. Her performance earned her two nominations for the NAACP Image Award for Outstanding Actress in a Drama Series.
After Lincoln Heights, she made guest appearances on shows like Brothers & Sisters, Castle, and The Mentalist. In 2016, Nicki joined the cast of the TNT drama Animal Kingdom. She played Detective Sandra Yates in a recurring role.
She continued to have recurring roles on many other TV shows. These include Colony, S.W.A.T., Good Trouble, Shameless, and In the Dark. In 2017, she played the main character, Crystal, in the comedy-thriller film Lowlife. Critics gave her performance good reviews.
In 2023, Nicki Micheaux took on a new challenge. She directed and wrote a historical drama film called Summer Of Violence.

Nicki Micheaux is married and has two children. She likes to keep her husband's identity private. She once said that her husband is a comic book creator who makes superheroes. Because of this, he can never reveal his secret identity!
