Early Life and Moving to the USA

Nikki Williams grew up in Port Elizabeth, South Africa. When she was 16, she moved to the United States with her younger sister, Jade, and her mother, Mandy. They first lived in Los Angeles for about seven months. After that, they moved to Nashville, Tennessee, which is a famous city for music.

Later, Nikki moved back to Los Angeles. There, she met Breyon Prescott. She then signed a music deal with his record label, Chameleon Entertainment/Island Def Jam. This was a big step in her music career.

Nikki Williams' Music Career

Nikki Williams is a successful songwriter. She has written songs for many popular artists. One of her most famous songs is "Heart Attack" for Demi Lovato. This song sold millions of copies, earning a "platinum" award. She also wrote "Like My Mother Does" for Lauren Alaina.

Nikki also helped write "Fly Again" for the Country Strong movie soundtrack. Other songs she co-wrote include "You Don't Get 2 Do That," "Brand New Man," and "Magnetic" for Nash Overstreet. She also wrote "Girlz" for L2M and "Make Up" for Ronnie Milsap.
