Nobutoshi Kaneda was born in Fuchu, Hiroshima. After finishing his studies at Chuo University, he joined a football club called Nissan Motors in 1980. This was the start of his professional career.
Winning Championships
Kaneda's team, Nissan Motors, quickly became very successful. They won the Emperor's Cup twice, first in 1983 and again in 1985. These were big wins for the club.
From 1988 to 1990, the team had an amazing run. They won all three major football titles in Japan for two years in a row. These titles included the Japan Soccer League, the JSL Cup, and the Emperor's Cup. This showed how strong the team was.
