Noel Fitzpatrick is an Irish veterinary surgeon. He is well-known for his work with animals and for starring in the TV show The Supervet. He was born in Ballyfin, County Laois, Ireland. In 1993, he moved to Guildford, Surrey, in the UK.
Noel Fitzpatrick runs a special animal hospital called Fitzpatrick Referrals in Eashing, Surrey. This hospital focuses on fixing bones (orthopaedics) and nerve problems (neurosurgery) in animals. He also leads a research group there called the Fitzpatrick Institute for the Restoration of Skeletal Tissue (FIRST).

University Recognition
In 2009, the University of Surrey gave him an honorary doctorate. This award recognized his idea of "One Medicine." This idea means that treatments for humans and animals can help each other. He is also a professor at the University of Florida and the University of Surrey.

In 2014, he received the Blaine Award from the British Small Animal Veterinary Association. This award is given for amazing contributions to animal medicine and surgery. Oscar the Bionic Cat
In 2009, he made history by helping a cat named Oscar. Oscar had lost both of his back feet in an accident. Noel Fitzpatrick was the first vet in the world to successfully attach special artificial feet (prostheses) to Oscar. This type of surgery is called an amputation prosthesis. In 2014, this achievement was recognized by Guinness World Records.
