Nomzamo Mbatha (born on July 13, 1990) is a talented South African actress, TV host, and businesswoman. She is also known for her work as a human rights activist.
Nomzamo became famous for playing Thandeka Ndlovu in the TV show Isibaya from 2013 to 2020. After leaving Isibaya, she moved to Hollywood. There, she got a role as Mirembe in the movie Coming 2 America, which starred Eddie Murphy. In 2021, she also appeared in the movie Assassin with Bruce Willis.

Nomzamo Mbatha was born on July 13, 1990, in a place called KwaMashu Township in South Africa. This township is about 21 kilometers (13 miles) from the city of Durban. She belongs to the Zulu ethnic group.
She went to Rippon Primary School in Durban and later to Bechet High School. In 2018, she earned a degree in accounting from the University of Cape Town.
Nomzamo Mbatha's Career Journey
Nomzamo started her acting career in July 2012 when she auditioned for a TV show. She joined the cast of Isibaya in 2013 and quickly became a main character. Critics praised her acting as Thandeka Zungu.
In 2015, Nomzamo made her first movie appearance in Tell Me Sweet Something. She also starred in the TV show Umlilo from 2015 to 2016. That same year, she began hosting a travel show called "Holiday Swap" in South Africa.
