Noritaka Hidaka (日高 憲敬), born on May 29, 1947, is a former Japanese football player. He was a forward, which means he played in an attacking position, trying to score goals. Hidaka played for a club team called Nippon Steel and also represented his country, Japan, on the national football team.

Noritaka Hidaka was born in Tokyo, Japan. He loved football from a young age.
Playing for Rikkyo University
While he was a student at Rikkyo University, Hidaka showed great talent. In 1969, his university team made it to the final of the Emperor's Cup, a very important football tournament in Japan. They finished in second place. This was a special moment because they were the last university team to reach the final of the Emperor's Cup.
Joining Nippon Steel
After finishing university, Hidaka joined the Nippon Steel football club in 1971. He played as a forward for this team for six years. He was a very good goal scorer! During his time at Nippon Steel, he played in 114 league games and scored an impressive 50 goals. He retired from playing club football in 1977.
