Nuevo Edén de San Juan is a small town in El Salvador. It is a municipality located in the San Miguel department. About 3,020 people live there.

Geography and Climate
Nuevo Edén de San Juan is located in the northern part of El Salvador. It shares borders with several other places. To the north, it borders the country of Honduras. To the east, it borders San Gerardo. To the south, it borders Sesori, and to the west, it borders Dolores.
The municipality is divided into 7 main areas called cantons. These cantons then have 53 smaller villages. The main town of Nuevo Edén de San Juan is about 800 meters (2,625 feet) above sea level. It is located about 50.6 kilometers (31.4 miles) northwest of San Miguel, El Salvador.
The total area of the municipality is 63.1 square kilometers (24.4 square miles). The weather here is generally warm. The area gets a lot of rain each year, usually between 1,600 and 1,800 milliliters.
