Odei Jainaga Larrea (born October 14, 1997) is a talented Spanish athlete. Odei Jainaga has achieved great success in his javelin throwing career. On September 12, 2020, he won a gold medal at the 2020 Spanish Athletics Championships. He threw the javelin an amazing 83.51 meters. This throw set a new championship record for that event!
Breaking the Spanish National Record
Odei continued to make history. On May 29, 2021, he set a new Spanish national record in the javelin throw. At the 2021 European Athletics Team Championships Super League, he threw the javelin 84.80 meters. This was the longest throw ever by a Spanish athlete in the javelin event.

His impressive performances led him to the biggest stage in sports. Odei Jainaga represented Spain at the 2020 Summer Olympics in Tokyo, Japan. He competed in the men's javelin throw event.
