Oggy and the Cockroaches is a funny French animated TV show. It first aired in 1998. The main characters are Oggy, a blue cat, and three mischievous cockroaches named Joey, Marky, and Dee Dee. The show is known for its slapstick comedy, which means it uses a lot of silly physical humor and cartoon violence. It's all about the never-ending chase between Oggy and the cockroaches!

Meet the Characters!
The show features a small group of main characters. Their silly fights and adventures make up most of the episodes.
The Cats
- Oggy: He is a blue cat who loves to relax and watch TV. He often tries to live a peaceful life. But his plans are always ruined by the cockroaches. He is usually the victim of their pranks.
- Jack: He is a green cat and Oggy's cousin. Jack is stronger and more aggressive than Oggy. He often tries to help Oggy get rid of the cockroaches. But he usually ends up in trouble himself.
The Cockroaches
These three tiny pests cause all the trouble for Oggy and Jack. They love to raid Oggy's fridge and play pranks.
- Joey: He is the leader of the cockroach trio. Joey is the smallest but also the smartest. He usually comes up with all the mischievous plans.
- Marky: He is the tallest cockroach. Marky is often seen eating or sleeping. He is sometimes a bit lazy but always ready for a prank.
- Dee Dee: He is the hungriest cockroach. Dee Dee loves to eat anything and everything. His appetite often leads the trio into funny situations.
Other Friends and Neighbors
- Monica: She is Oggy's twin sister. Monica is very athletic and loves sports. She is also Jack's girlfriend.
- Bob: He is a big, angry bulldog who lives next door to Oggy. Bob often gets caught in the middle of Oggy's and the cockroaches' fights. This makes him very mad.
- Olivia: She is a white cat and Oggy's crush. Olivia is kind and loves nature. Oggy tries his best to impress her.
