Olga Aleksandra Sipowicz (born Ostrowska; 8 June 1951 – 28 July 2018), known simply as Kora, was a famous Polish rock singer and songwriter. She was the lead singer of the popular rock band Maanam for many years, from 1976 to 2008. Kora also lent her voice to the character of Edna Mode in the Polish versions of the Incredibles movies.

Starting Her Music Journey
Kora's musical career began in the mid-1970s. In 1971, she married rock musician Marek Jackowski. Together, they formed the band Maanam in 1976. Maanam quickly became one of the most important and popular rock bands in Poland. Kora was the band's lead singer and main songwriter. Her lyrics often explored deep emotions and social topics.
Life with Maanam
