Olha Freimut (born Olha Mykhailivna Konyk on February 25, 1982) is a well-known Ukrainian TV presenter, journalist, writer, and model. She is famous for her work on various television shows in Ukraine.

Biography
Olha Freimut was born on February 25, 1982, in Novyi Rozdil, Lviv Oblast, Ukraine. Her father was a football player, and her mother was a master in swimming. When she was very young, Olha often went to watch her father's football matches. She also studied piano at a music school for eight years.
She earned a Master's degree in International Journalism from the University of Lviv and City, University of London. She graduated with high honors, which is what "magna cum laude" means. While she was studying, she worked as a waitress.
Career Beginnings
Olha started her career as a journalist at the BBC. She also appeared in advertisements. After the Orange Revolution in Ukraine, she returned from London to Kyiv. She got a job in the international news department at Channel 5. However, she soon realized that working as an international journalist was not what she truly wanted. For a short time, she worked as a journalist for a fashion show called Breakfast with 1+1.
In 2008, she joined a daytime show on 1+1. She learned about an audition for a daytime show at Novyi Kanal from journalist Lyudmila Padlevska. After that, she became a co-presenter of a show called Pidyom with Oleksandr Pedan and Serhiy Prytula. The final episode of Pidyom aired on May 27, 2011.
Olha also writes articles about fashion. She plans to focus more on fashion journalism in the future. In 2010, she met Ukrainian designer Oksana Karavanskaya.
Hosting Popular Shows
From June 2011, Olha co-hosted the program Shoumaniya with Dima Kolyadenko. This show ended on March 4, 2012.
In late August 2011, she launched a program called Revizor. In this show, Freimut checked the quality of services in different places across Ukraine, like restaurants and hotels. This show became very popular on Novyi Kanal during the 2011-2012 season. On March 10, 2012, she started co-hosting the show Who's on top? with Serhiy Prytula. In the summer of 2012, she hosted Kabrioleto with Serhiy Prytula and Oleksandr Pedan, where they traveled around Ukraine.
In 2011, Focus magazine listed her among the "30 most successful broadcasters in Ukraine," where she ranked 26th. Olha also has experience in voice acting. In the summer of 2011, she lent her voice to a character in the cartoon The Smurfs.
On December 2, 2011, she hosted the group stage draw for the European Football Championship 2012.
In the autumn of 2012, she was a judge on a large talent show called "ShoumaStgouon."
On October 13, 2013, she co-hosted the show War of the Worlds on Novyi Kanal with Aram Mnatsakanov. In this show, she acted as an auditor, checking the work of chefs.
On September 3, 2014, Freimut began hosting the program Freimut the Inspector on TV 1+1. In 2014, she also hosted the fourth season of The Voice of the country, a popular singing competition, on 1+1.
In December 2014, a special episode of Special Inspector Freimut was released from the ATO zone. She conducted an inspection at a German Armed Forces base.
Recent Work and Books
In 2015, Olha Freimut became the new face of the ZARINA Jewelry House. On September 2, she presented her first book, Where Eats and With whom Freimut Sleeps, at the Forum of Publishers in Lviv. On October 11, she became a coach on the show "Little Giants" on "1+1."
On April 5, 2016, the reality show "On knives" premiered on channel 1+1, with Freimut as the main host. She also voiced the role of Pauline in the Polish TV series Our Lady in Warsaw for 1+1. In the same year, she had a small role in the Russian-Ukrainian series Hotel Elephant. Another actress provided Olga's voice for this role.
According to New Time magazine, Olha Freimut was included in the TOP-100 of successful women in Ukraine.
On February 21, 2018, Freimut became the director of a ladies' school in the reality show From Ladette to Lady. On March 6, 2018, Freimut presented her first children's book, Bread Jan. It is a 40-page story about a bat who wanted to see the sun. In May of the same year, her third book, School of Mrs. Freimuth: Etiquette, was published. This book is for ladies and people with a sense of humor.
In the summer of 2018, Olha took part in filming the talk show Olia on Novyi Kanal. This show was the first official adaptation of the famous American show The Ellen DeGeneres Show (or "Ellen") in the world.
