Acting Career
Early Films
Omar Sani began his acting journey in 1990. His very first movie was called Chader Alo. After that, he appeared in films like Prem Protishodh in 1993 and Mohoth in 1994.
Meeting Moushumi and Big Hits
In 1994, Omar Sani worked on the film Dola. This movie was special because it was where he met his future wife, the famous actress Moushumi. Later, in 1997, he starred in the hit movie Coolie alongside Sadika Parvin Popy. This film was directed by Montazur Rahman Akbar.
Playing Different Roles
In 2003, Omar Sani tried something new. He played a villain for the first time in the action movie Ora Dalal. In this film, he acted opposite Shakib Khan and Rachna Banerjee. He became very good at playing bad guys too!
