Damon Coleman, known by his stage name Omen, is an American rapper and music producer. He is from Chicago, Illinois. Omen is signed to J. Cole's record label, Dreamville Records, and also to Interscope Records. His first studio album, Elephant Eyes, was released on July 21, 2015.

Omen's Music Career
Early Music Releases (2010-2013)
Omen started his music journey in 2010. He released his first mixtape, called Delayed. A mixtape is like an album, but often released for free.
The next year, in 2011, he released another mixtape named Afraid of Heights. This mixtape was very popular with music critics. It featured other well-known artists like J. Cole and Kendrick Lamar.
Growing Success (2014-Present)
In 2014, Omen was featured on a special album called Revenge of the Dreamers. This album celebrated Dreamville Records teaming up with Interscope Records.
On July 21, 2015, Omen released his first official album, Elephant Eyes. It came out after a few delays.
During the spring and summer of 2015, Omen joined J. Cole's "2014 Forest Hills Drive" Tour. He performed alongside other artists like Bas, Cozz, and Big Sean. This tour took him all across North America and Europe.
Later in 2015, Omen went on his own tour for his album, called the Elephant Eyes Tour. He performed in cities like Los Angeles, Boston, New York, and his hometown, Chicago.
