Architectural Style and Features
The St. Michael the Archangel Cathedral is famous for its amazing details. It shows off two main building styles:
- Baroque architecture: This style uses lots of fancy decorations. Think of detailed carvings and grand designs.
- Neoclassical architecture: This style is inspired by ancient Greek and Roman buildings. It often has a more classic and orderly look.
The cathedral also has special chapels attached to the main building. These chapels were added in the 1700s. They make the church even more interesting to explore.
