About Oscilloscope Laboratories

Oscilloscope Laboratories was started in 2006. It was founded by Adam Yauch and David Fenkel. Adam Yauch was a member of the famous music group, the Beastie Boys. David Fenkel used to work for another film company called TH!NKFilm. When they first started, David Fenkel was the president of the company.

A couple of years later, in 2008, Dan Berger became the new president of Oscilloscope. In May 2012, David Fenkel left the company. He went on to help start another well-known film company called A24.
