The Pahunan River is a river in Quebec, Canada. It flows into the Kitchigama River. The river is located in the Nord-du-Québec region. It passes through areas known as Grasset, Forest, and Paramé.

During the winter, from November to May, the river's surface freezes over. There are also winter roads in this area that go north.
