Early Life and Education
Paige Hadley was born in Sydney, Australia. She started playing netball when she was just seven years old. As a junior, she played for the Penrith District Netball Association.
Even while playing netball, Paige was a great student. She achieved excellent results in her high school exams. This helped her get a scholarship to study at Western Sydney University. She earned a degree in Business and Commerce while also playing professional netball.

- In 2013, Paige was part of the Australian Under 21 Team for the World Youth Netball Championships.
- After her domestic season, she was chosen for her first Australian Diamonds Squad.
- She won the NSW Swifts Coaches' Award in 2013.
- Paige made her senior international debut for the Australian Diamonds on October 16, 2013. She helped the Diamonds beat the Malawi Queens in Wollongong.

- In March 2014, Paige suffered a serious knee injury during training. This meant she missed the rest of the 2014 season.
