Panther Pond is a beautiful lake located in Raymond, Maine. You can find it in Cumberland County. This lake is about 3 miles (4.8 km) long and 1 mile (1.6 km) wide. The deepest part of Panther Pond goes down about 70 feet (21 m)!
Panther Pond is special because it connects to two other lakes. One connection is to the much larger Sebago Lake. This link is made by a small waterway called Panther Run. There is a dam between these two lakes. It opens once a year to let different kinds of fish swim freely between them. Panther Pond also connects to Crescent Lake. This connection happens through the Tenny River.
